Shipping Policy:
1. Order Processing and Shipment:
Once payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched from our facility within 2-3 business days.
Shipment/delivery time is calculated from the day payment is confirmed against the order.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added to your order at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the weight of the products.
Any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Locations:
We currently ship our products only within India. Orders placed outside of India are not eligible for processing or delivery.
The delivery address provided must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays).
We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Products will be delivered in 7 to business days
5. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery:
In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or other issues on the part of the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by items being out of stock, backordered, or returned undelivered.
In the event of delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, wars, or other majeure events, we will keep you informed and make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.
6. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
No replacement, refund, or compensation shall be payable in case of damaged, mutilated, or lost products.
