Order Cancellation Policy

• www.worldofayurveda.online (Website) reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where www.worldofayurveda.online (Website) is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed does not comply with the www.worldofayurveda.online (Website) policy or for any other reason. However, www.worldofayurveda.online (Website) will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. If users/customers are not responding to our calls, emails or via any communication within the 8 days from date of purchased thenwww.worldofayurveda.online (Website) has the right to cancel any order without any explanation.
• The order can be cancelled by the buyer until it’s dispatched for delivery. In case, the payment mode of such order is Online (Credit/Debit Card OR Net Banking), then 5% of the order amount will be deducted from the refunding amount. The refund will be made to the same card / bank account which was used while placing the order.

Return or Refund Policy

1. At www.worldofayurveda.online (Website), we designed the website in such a way to give you best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
2. www.worldofayurveda.online (Website) will not be responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

4. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products found in sealed condition with the original tags and Bills intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
5. Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by www.worldofayurveda.online (Website).
6. In the event of the payment for the returned Product(s), the refund amount shall be credited to your original mode of payment in 7 business days and the same shall be duly notified to by email to your email address provided at the time of purchase.
